Review / Audit

Our trustee is an accredited auditor, number ASR 502'374.

The audit guarantees the security of the members of the management and the board of directors, as it serves as an assurance and signal.

For this reason, auditing companies in Switzerland have to meet certain requirements in order to be licensed as an auditor, audit expert or auditing company by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FASA).

We are able to carry out a restricted audit, less than 250 employees, or an ordinary audit, when the turnover exceeds Chf. 40 million or any other type of audit according to the standards NAS, NCR, Swiss GAAP RPC.

All tasks that must be entrusted to a certified fiduciary are also part of our offer.

Associations and foundations, under certain conditions, are also subject to audit.

Taxes and estates

No one likes to pay too much tax or to call in a notary when it is not necessary. Our experts will help you avoid the pitfalls of the tax authorities.

The tax declaration of individuals is not so obvious, despite the tools made available by the tax authorities. Calling on an expert will allow you to optimize the process.

An inheritance does not have to be fixed and divided by a notary. We take care of the declaration of inheritance and the division, as well as the establishment of the inheritance agreement between heirs.
